Every American citizen has the right to medical decision making without government interference. We have detailed below some Florida legislation that interferes with our Constitutional rights. Also provided below are resources on COVID management and a telegram link for latest information.

This law allows the state health officer to order anyone to be quarantined, isolated, examined, tested, or treated for public health during a public health emergency and allows law enforcement to used.
Florida's Patient's Bill of Rights provides a right to decline treatments; however, it is subject to FL Statute 381.00315 public health emergency law.
The patient's bill of rights also provides the right to have an advocate with you for medical treatments; however, facilities can deny access if they deem having the advocate with the patient to be dangerous.
There are still many cases where a patient can be denied access to a loved one and to medical treatments. Also those accessing the patient to be required to do unreasonable things to see the patient.
While Florida's anti-discrimination statute protects many classes of person's in work, housing and other public accommodations, no discrimination protection is provided based on vaccine status. Unvaccinated can be treated differently.
Forces doctors & hospitals to follow only government issued standard CDC COVID protocol. Under this law, medical providers can escape liability when they strictly adhere to the CDC COVID protocol. Not only are the hospitals granted immunity when they use the CDC protocol but they are also paid monetary incentives to use it. Doctors are forced to follow the protocol instead of using their knowledge and customizing the best treatment plan for each patient.
It died on 3/14/2022 on the House Health and Human Services Committee. If passed, it will help protect the licensure of health care practitioners from sanctions based on free speech on social media and other public forums.

1. Antiviral: Ivermectin/Hydroxychloroquine as per flccc.net prevention protocol. FLCCC provides information on the safety and efficacy of Ivermectin and Hydroxycloriquine for COVID-19.
2. Antiseptic: Gargle Mouthwash 2 x daily. (Ex. 1% Povidone Iodine, Antiseptic Listerine or Scope). Do not swallow. Nasal Cleanse 2 x daily (Ex. Xlear or ImmuneMist).
3. Immune Fortifying: Quercetin: 250 mg/day, Vitamin C: 500-1000 mg 2 X day, Elemental Zinc: 30-40 mg, Vitamin D3: Dose depends on Vitamin D level. (Desired Vitamin D level >50 ng/ml).
4. Hydrate preferably with lemon water. Mix 1 oz of lemon juice with 10 oz of water.
5. Emergency Devices: Thermometer, Nebulizer, BP monitor, Pulse Oximeter (Desired oxygen saturation > than 95%).

Private employers are prohibited from mandating COVID-19 vaccines for employees without opportunity for the employees to obtain an exemption. Florida employees can choose to be exempt from private employer vaccine mandates.

If an employer does not accept an employee's properly completed exemption form, violations can be reported to the Attorney General. The Attorney General has the authority to impose fines for such violations:
Violations for public employers can be reported to the Florida Department of Health through VaxPassFreeFL@FLHealth.gov.
